FULL DRAFT FOR THE RAIDERS

The Raiders with the 4th overall pick drafted Clemson's DE Clelin Ferrell a player projected to be a middle first round pick. The Raider had the least amount of sacks in the league this last year. He is consisted a high character guy. He was red shirted his freshman year in college due to a torn ACL in high school. His 3 years in college he did not miss a game and had 27 sacks. Last year he tallied up 11.5 sacks during the National Championship run for Clemson. This may not be what Raiders fans want at the number 4 pick BUT this may be what the Raiders need a good piece to help with sacks and a high character guy to collect the big pay check for a high first round pick. He shows no quit and has a good work ethic in college and a strong family with a military background. This type of behavior can be a contagious for a locker room in the NFL. RAIDERS DAY 3 DRAFT PICKS

Day 3 of the 2019 NFL Draft kicked off with the Raiders with the 106th pick. The Raiders drafted Maxx Crosby 6'5" 245lbs Defensive End out of Eastern Michigan. Maxx was a redshirt his freshman year and played 37 games over his 3 year career at Eastern Michigan. Maxx had 73 solo tackles 89 assisted, making that a total of 162 tackles. 41 of his tackles came from a loss and he racked up 41 sacks over his 3 year career averaging just over a sack a game. In the 2018 season he had 31 solo tackles 39 assisted giving him a total of 70 tackles on the season. 19 of his tackles came for a loss and he had 7.5 sacks. He finished 4th among DE, LB, and edge rushers in the combines 3-cone drill with official 6.89. RAIDERS PICK TRAYVON MULLEN

The Raiders started off the 2nd day of the draft trading back their 35th pick for a Jacksonville's 38th pick. Also in this trade to Jacksonville the Raiders moved their 140th pick and the 240th pick for Jacksonville's 109th pick. The Raiders traded back once again moving Jacksonville's 38th pick to Buffalo for the Bills 40th and 158th pick getting back their a 5th round pick they traded away in the Jacksonville trade. The Raiders moved back 5 picks in the second round. Moved back 18 picks in the 5th round. Traded a 7th pick for a early fourth round pick.  THE 8th PICK IN THE 2nd ROUND CB TRAYVON MULLEN The Raiders add to their defensive backfield with the 40th overall pick in the 2019 draft with Trayvon Mullen. Mullen is the 2nd player drafted from Clemson's National Championship team by Raiders. Mullen is also is the cousin of Baltimore Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson. GAME 7 END GAME FOR THE KNIGHTS

Game 7 was a faceoff between the Knights and the Sharks that solidified a rivalry that's been building.  The Knights started out a minute 58 into the game with a Colin Miller hooking call to put the Sharks on a early power play. The Knights PK held the Sharks to no shots. 19 seconds after the Knights came through on the PK McNabb was called for a weak crosscheck to put the Sharks right back on the power play. The Knight's PK and MAF came through in a team effort to kill off the penalty. With just over 10minutes into the 1st William Karlsson scored the first goal on a nice little chip-in goal assisted by Reilly Smith and Marchessault. THE 5 MINUTE MAJOR

The 21st match up between these team in quite possibly one of the best games in hockey in a very long time due to a bad call by the refs. The series supervisor  Don Van Massenhoven made a statement on the call not saying his refs were wrong on the call but not saying it was the right call ether instead using the "In their judgement" in his comment on the call. Gallant stated in the press conference that this loss felt worse then losing the Stanley Cup last year.    Don Van Massenhoven the series supervisor released a statement on the penalty stating "The Referees called a crosschecking penalty for infraction that caused a significant injury. In their judgment, the infraction and it's results merited a major penalty"

GAME 6: DOUBLE OT

The Knights came into the night starting the original 3 Smith Karlsson and Marchessault. The Sharks scored their only goal in regulation with 9 seconds left in the 1st period. The goal came off a major error from Engelland when he pulled off the back check to pressure the puck on a hundred foot pass across the ice. Meier got a hold of the puck getting into the offensive zone for the Sharks giving Couture the open lane to the net. Couture drew MAF out the crease which gave Couture the glove side with 9 seconds left in the period. Meier was the only Shark credited with the assist due to Engellands efforts on the play. The Sharks had 9 SOG, 9 hits, 6 blocked shots, 5 takeaways and 1giveaways. The Knights ended the period with 10 SOG, 25 hits, 5 blocked shots, 3 takeaways, and 3 giveaways. GAME 5 KNIGHTS HEADING BACK TO THE FORTRESS

The Knights and the Sharks faced off in game 5 with the Sharks taking a page out of the Knights book by scoring the first goal of the game in 1 minute and 16 seconds in. Tomas Hertl was assisted by Erik Karlsson and Gustav Nyquist. The Knights stayed hungry to get things tied up but the Sharks played good, disciplined defense with getting blocked shots and takeaways. The Sharks capitalized with a goal from Logan Couture assisted by Erik Karlsson (2) and Timo Meier. The Knights kept pushing and the Sharks stayed on point with defensive play and a disciplined game until Kane was called for a high stick on Smith with a minute 43 left in the period. The Knights got the power play goal off a bad bounce off Erik Karlsson skate into Jones for the goal. Smith was credited with a goal and Miller and Wild Bill with the apples. GAME 4 KNIGHTS TAKE TWO AT HOME

The Knights started off just a little slower than game 3, this time it took all of 1 minute and 11 seconds score their first goal. The goal came on a great drop pass from Stone leaving him in perfect position setting the screen for Pacioretty to send it home. The Knights had 3 penalties in the period and the Sharks had two of their own, both teams were perfect on the PK for the period. In the closing minute of the period the Knights Shea Theodore dangled his way through Burns and Dillion for the Knights 2nd goal of the night. The goal was assisted by Pacioretty and Smith.  The Sharks started the 2nd period with Arron Dell in net. The Knights had 7 shots on goal in the 1st with 2 goals against Jones. Leaving jones with a .714 save percentage and making this the 2nd time in this series that he was chased off the ice. 11 minutes and 51 seconds into the period Dillon was called for a high stick that sent Colin Miller to the ice and put the Knights on their 3rd power play of th...

GAME 3: HAT TRICKS AND FIGHTS

After splitting games in San Jose the Knights returned to the fortress for the playoffs. The Knights Mark Stone wasted no time putting the first goal on the board just 16 seconds in! His goal was assisted by Nate Schmidt and Deryk Engelland. The Knights and the Sharks went back and forth until almost 10 minutes in Evander Kane was called for a delay of game for putting the puck over the glass and out of play. The Sharks killed off the penalty, but Kane was quick to go back to the box  getting a double minor 36 seconds after getting back on to the ice. Kane was called for a high stick on William Carrier. The Knights capitalized on the PP 5 seconds in with a goal from Max Pacioretty assisted by Shea Theodore and Paul Stastny. The Sharks would kill off the second minor. GAME 2 WITH A VENGEANCE

The Knights came out with a vengeance in the second shift with a goal from Cody Freakin Eakin at just 58 seconds in, that was  assisted by Max Pacioretty. A minute 29 later, Colin Miller was called for a slashing and one minute into the PK Engelland was called for delay of game; giving the Sharks a 3 on 5 power play. As the Colin Miller slashing penalty expired, Eric Karlsson gave away the puck to Colin Miller which lead to an odd man rush in which Miller needed no help putting the biscuit in the basket, which gave the Knights a 2-0 lead 4 minutes and 37 seconds into the game. The Knights killed off Engellands penalty with a couple of great saves by MAF and great goal-saving block by McNabb. Less then 1 minute after the PK, the Knights Paul Stastny assisted Patches for the goal to go up 3-0.
